Story Creation Template

This is an editable nine page template designed to help people to write a five scene story. The first two pages feature instructions for the use of the template. The next page helps users to create goals for the overall story.  The next five pages feature a methodology for writing five different scenes.  Then finally users are invited to combine each of the five scene summaries to create a whole story.

The template combines techniques from both fiction writing and role playing games.  As such, the template may be useful for individuals or groups who want to either create a story or a plot for a role playing game.

The activity uses a dice (d6).
